Testing Instructions:
1. Enable media_swf
2. Go to the site administration > reports > security
3. Observe the warning about enabled media_swf
4. The link should point to the "Manage media players" page

Description

Security overview report - /report/security/index.php has atleast one broken link ( i didnt check others) in /report/security/index.php?issue=report_security_check_mediafilterswf the link to "Manage filters" leads to a "Section error!" page.
