theme_boost: Reset page to default button on dashboard page is under user image

      1. Login as user
      2. You should be on your dashboard (if not then go to your dashboard)
      3. Click "Customize this page"
      4. Resize your browser to be < 768px wide and confirm that the "reset page" and "customise" buttons have their negative margin removed (i.e. they should move down a little in the page).
      5. Make your browser as narrow as possible and confirm that the buttons are still visible.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Use mobile device or resize your browser to 400x760
      2. Login as user
      3. Click "Customize this page"

      You will observe the "Reset page to default button is behind the user image.
