Edit auth/db/tests/db_test.php and set the largedeletionsize to 11000

Run

vendor/bin/phpunit auth/db/tests/db_test.php

(running it on your system helps ensure there's no problems here... as it depends a lot on database driver. It will run on nightly too)

Description

There have been some bugs popping up with big user sets when syncing external DB. Let's cover it with some unit tests to improve the code's robustness.
