      Description

This might be the same as MDL-5132 but i'm not sure.

Having entering search string makes the database viewing UI confusing from that point forwards.

      It might be better if

      a) the no entries found string explicitly mentioned that this was a result of a search e.g. no entries found containing 'search string'

      and

      b) a clickable link called something like show all results below the no entries found message would clear the current search term.

This applies to both the list and single view and thinking about it now, I'm somewhat confused about the presence of the the search/sort UI at the bottom of the single view tab page. Maybe removing that functionality completely might make things easier? (moving to the view single could just show the top result from the view list?

Sorry if that makes no sense, I'm genuinely confused at the moment. I'll try and clarify once I've had a think about it.
