Test in Boost and Clean themes

      1. Create a feedback activity containing all the question types. Make sure you have one of each.
      2. Make sure that both the multichoice questions (rated and non-rated) both have the type set to 'Multiple choice - single answer'. It will be the first option.
      3. On the question edit tab, drag the questions into a different order. Make sure the loading icon appears (if it doesn't appear at first, make sure your mouse is over the question in it's new location before you release the mouse. This is because of existing bug MDL-57463)
      4. Once the loading spinner disappears, refresh the page
      5. Confirm that the new ordering has persisted.
      6. Edit the non-rated multichoice question and set the type to 'Multiple answers' and save.
      7. Confirm that the drag and drop reordering works as before.
      8. Edit the non-rated multichoice question and set the type to 'Single answer allowed (dropdownlist)' and save.
      9. Confirm that the drag and drop reordering works as before.
      10. Now, edit the rated multichoice question and set the type to 'Single answer allowed (dropdownlist)' and save.
      11. Confirm that the drag and drop reordering works as before.

Regression test: (Note: You will need to remove the CAPTCHA question for this to work - an existing issue)

      1. Make every question a required question (those supporting it, that is). Remove CAPTCHA altogether.
      2. Now, on the overview tab, click 'Answer the questions'.
      3. Click 'Next page' and confirm that the page displays the validation errors for all relevant fields properly.
      4. Fill out the details and click 'Next page' again and repeat the process.
      5. Complete the feedback and view the 'Show responses' tab.
      6. Confirm that all data is present.
