theme_boost: course names in the flat drawer are some times short and some times long

      1. Test on both clean and boost and make sure behaviour is same
      2. Go to a course and see the navigation, current course name and course names under "My course" node should show either full course name or course short name based on the config "navshowfullcoursenames"
      3. Toggle the config "navshowfullcoursenames" and test again.

      Name of course in navigation block i short. But names of other courses in My courses block are full. This should be united.
