Español (Internacional) is a wrong definition of Spanish language and has no sense since Español clearly means (and everybody understand) the language spoken in Spain and not in other countries that could speak spanish.
That is the same situation than French or English or any other language where the default has no localization.
Otherwise, if the default spanish language must be localized then it should be:
Español (España) - by country
Español (castellano) - by variant
or even only
All are accepted by the Royal Academy of Spanish (RAE) and also globally. See:
