Log in as a teacher and go to a course

Turn editing mode on

Go to any Topic and add a quiz activity, then save and return to course

Click on the quiz you just created

Click on Edit quiz

Make sure that on clicking help question mark on right of shuffle, the checkbox does not toggle and help cloud stays open.
(please note, the help tooltip displays off screen, this was reported on ~~MDL-57037~~ and decided that would not be fixed)

Quiz edit page, clicking the Shuffle "?" icon, turn it on/off
