While reviewing MDL-57159 it was detected that all the admin settings under Boost are always 100% width. While it does not seems to be a blocker, at very least it causes the "default tips" to always jump to next line. And (not verified), may have problems with some settings being a combo of both input text + check box or so.

So this is about to:

1) Know if it was decided on purpose that all admin settings should be 100% width.
2) If so, document it. If not, fix it,
