Fix for assignment grader view displaying incorrect user when selecting user from user selection box with active filter

      Add a user A.
      Add a user B.
      Add a user C.
      Add an assignment.
      Let user B submit a document or whatever to the assignment.
      Go to assignment ->grade.
      Choose filter option "not submitted".
      Click on User C in the user selection box.
      A different user is displayed.

      Hi,

      There is a bug in the user selection box of the assignment grader view component.
      If one uses the filter, the user selection box displays the expected users.
      However when selecting a user from the user selection box the grader view displays the assignment data from a different user.

      Maybe this fix is also related to MDL-56441
