Make it easier for students to locate their activity reports

(Description changed following discussion with rajeshtaneja and changed from bug to improvement.
As noticed in the Learn Moodle MOOC which is using a customised version of Boost, and verified on demo.moodle.net, if the teacher enables activity reports for students in Course edit settings, the only way they can access those reports is

• click the Participants link in the nav drawer
• find their own name
• click there.
  It's not obvious.
