The mcore rollup is outdated and isn't required for boost

    Description

      The mcore YUI rollup is added on every page, and includes the following:

      'core/tooltip/tooltip',
      		 
      'core/popuphelp/popuphelp',
      		 
      'core/widget-focusafterclose/widget-focusafterclose',
      		 
      'core/dock/dock-loader',
      		 
      'core/notification/notification-dialogue',

      Since boost doens't use popuphelp or docking blocks this isn't really necessary for most pages, we can just let the yui loader do its job and not preload like tis
