Activity completion report should be sorted like grader report

      1. Create a Course.
      2. Add one or several activities to the Course.
      3. Enrol several Students into the Course.
        • make sure at least two of the enrolled Students have the same last name.
      4. Go back to the Course page.
      5. Go to Course administration (Course settings cog > "More" ).
      6. In Course administration, click on "Activity completion" report.
      7. In "Activity completion", in the table, order the Students by Surname.
        • make sure the sorting takes in consideration the first name of the Student (ascending order) in cases where Students have the same last name.
      8. Reload the page several times.
        • each time make sure the order does not change.**
      9. Download a .csv of the "Activity completion" report.
        • make sure the Students are sorted correctly.

      When two students have the same lastname, the achievement report and the notes report do not present the two students in the same order.
      This is a problem for teachers that compile datas of the achievement report to add a participation note to student. The two files seems to have the same order while it is not the case.
