Description
We need to know what kind of education is being conducted on the site, e.g. k-12, higher ed, corporate training, community education. Multiple options may apply to a given server. This could vary at the course level-- could we have both a site value and a course value, and default the course value to the site value if not overridden? If there is more than one option selected at the site level, don't default a course value, but restrict the options to the ones enabled at the site level.
Options should include:
ISCED 0: Early childhood education (‘less than primary’ for educational attainment)
ISCED 1: Primary education
ISCED 2: Lower secondary education
ISCED 3: Upper secondary education
ISCED 4: Post-secondary non-tertiary education (may include corporate or community/NGO training)
ISCED 5: Short-cycle tertiary education (may include corporate or community/NGO training)
ISCED 6: Bachelor’s or equivalent level
ISCED 7: Master’s or equivalent level
ISCED 8: Doctoral or equivalent level
