Rephrase options / add help to the "Visible" element on edit module form

      1. Add activity to a section in the course
      2. Edit activity and make sure the "Availability" dropdown contains two options - "Show on course page" and "Hide from students". Help text should match the available options
      3. Hide the section that contains this activity
      4. Edit activity and make sure the "Availability" dropdown contains two options - "Hide from students" and "Make available but not shown on course page". Help text should match the available options
      5. Enable 'Allow activities to be available but not shown in visible sections of course page' (allowstealth) in the Site administration. 
      6. Go back to the course, make the section visible again
      7. Edit activity and make sure the "Availability" dropdown contains three options - "Show on course page", "Hide from students" and "Make available but not shown on course page". Help text should match the available options

      After MDL-4782 admin can enable "stealth" activities on site. In this case the "Visible" menu for activities may sound a little confusing. Should we change the wording and/or add help there?
      We need to make a clear distinction between "Visible" and "Available"
