It would be really good if the Comments Block could show the comments in ascending or descending date order.
We have a number of instances where the Comments Block has grown quite large, with multiple pages, and in this scenario it would make more sense, and be more usable, to have the most recent comments displayed first.
Given the additional focus on Comments in Moodle 3.2 onwards, I think this option will become useful for many sites.
So, it needs a checkbox, to select "Newest comments first" with a default of: Oldest comments first - which will keep the existing behaviour, but allow for the reverse sorting
