Better wording for "visible" core string used in course visibility

    Description

      Follow this discussion on french forum, we suggest to provide a better wording for "visible" core string, according to WCAG G131 rule (providing descriptive labels).

      This string is present on course settings page. On this page, every fields are contextualized (ex: course fullname, course shortname, course category, course start date, ...) except visible label. So, we propose to replace "visible" by "course visibility".

      As pointed out in forum, visible core string is also used on module settings page. So, we probably need 2 strings to describe this labels, like coursevisibility and modvisibility.
