mod/quiz/edit.php sometimes prints junk before print_header, puttin browsers into quirks mode

      ... and so breaking themes.

      This was broken in the checkin 1.64.2.2 of mod/quiz/edit.php There is no easy fix, that code is a bloody mess.

      I'm about to check a workaround into the standard theme.
