Keyboard navigation issues using windows 10

It seems that moodle keyboard navigation does not work well on Windows 10 (I've downloaded the VM from microsoft website)

Keyboard navigation works well in all websites I've tried but not in moodle sites, where I am redirected to first DOM node or the skip to main content redirection point when I press enter or space over a link or button.
