The course percentage graph is displaying badly

      Please test on both Clean and Boost themes

      1. Create a course with completion enabled.
      2. Create 3 assignments with manual marking.
      3. Enrol a student.
      4. Log in as the student and mark one of the assignments as completed.
      5. View your dashboard and check under 'Courses'. Ensure the percentage (33%) is shown nicely on the graph.
      6. Go back to the course and tick another assignment.
      7. View your dashboard and check under 'Courses'. Ensure the percentage (66%) is shown nicely on the graph.
