As a teacher, create an Assignment in a course. Make sure to enable the "Notify graders about submissions" setting under the "Notifications" category. Log in as a student with access to the course with the created assignment. Make a submission and then add a submission comment. Log in as the teacher. Confirm , that the teacher account received a notification about the submission and the comment.
