Include Next/Previous buttons for activity navigation

For courses where there is a natural flow of information from one activity to the next, Next and Previous buttons may be more intuitive than the drop down navigation box.

We have done some user user testing and noted that they do not find the drop down all that useful for navigation and always return to the main course page.
