Filepicker folder icons mis aligned in RTL mode, theme Boost - should be right aligned.

To replicate:

1. Install a RTL language pack (e.g. arabic)
2. Create a course
3. In the course settings page change the language to the RTL laguange
4. Scroll down to the file picker and notice that the test is over the file icon
