Move all templates from boost to core and (where relevant) core to bootstrapbase

    Description

      All core templates should now belong to boost rather than bootstrapbase.
      We need to:

      1. move all existing core templates which are overridden by boost into the bootstrapbase theme
      2. move all templates from boost to core
