Upgrade your site. Use the equation editor in Atto - verify the equation preview is working. Open the debugging tools for your browser and verify that mathjax files are loaded from cloudflare + the local site (nothing should come from the mathjax cdn). Verify there are no 404s reported for mathjax js files.
