I discovered this bug when testing a complete activity condition.

To reproduce the problem:

Verify that activity completion is turned on.

Set up some activities in your course (at least 2)

Now classify one of the activities as a course completion condition.

Save and return in the course completion configuration to check if activity condition is selected.

Will check that the system marked all activities as a completion criterion and disregarded the condition that you previously selected.
