Error exporting grades in Excel

      Steps to reproduce the issue:

      1. Go to Quiz
      2. Grades
      3. Export in XLSX

      Only when i try to export the grades in Excel it shows an error of "File not found" but it exports correctly in ODS, CSV. This happens with any quantity of regs.

      Moodle 3.1.3
      Windows Server 2012R2
      SQL SERVER
      PHP 5.6

      As i can see in the last version of Moodle 3.2 this issue has been solved but by now i can't upgrade.

      How can i solve this in Moodle 3.1.3?
