On Dashboard 3.3, courses that are completed should be marked as completed

      On the dashboard just developed in 3.3, we've identified that completed courses should show up differently to make it clear they are complete.

      This would replace the progress chart image, when activity completion was active, and also the generic course icon in other cases.
