View anonotated PDF... only works for PDF's and hangs for other file types

      Description

      When executing step 9, if the file submitted by a student is a PDF, then it will display. If the file was any other file type, e.g. .doc, .docx, .txt, .odt, etc., then the PDF never shows. The page hangs showing "Generating the PDF...". I also not that when using the Boost theme the PDF does not fit on the background but extends off to the right side.
