Remove start and end dates from courses in overview block

      1. Create a course that has a start date before today and an end date after today and make sure that course progress is not enabled for the course
      2. Enrol a student in that course
      3. Log in as the student
      4. View your dashboard
      5. Click on the "sort by courses" button in the timeline view of the overview block
      6. Confirm that the start and end dates of the course are not displayed in the course element
      7. Confirm that the course icon (the little 3 dot thing) appears centred in the circle (where the progress would normally show)
      8. Repeat from step 3 onwards on Clean theme

      Martin has said that he'd like the start and end dates removed from the courses in the overview block. Martin, Al and I had a quick discussion about it and we agreed that it is reasonable to remove them as they don't offer that much value (and seem to be confusing people).

      The course start and end dates appear on the course elements in both the "Courses" tab and "sort by courses" view in the timeline tab. We only need to remove them from the templates, it's fine to still have them returned by the web services.
