Improve english strings for the bulk completion feature

      As raised by dobedobedoh in his review of MDL-58138, we need to improve the strings like 'Modify the actions you wish to bulk edit' and 'Select the activities you wish to bulk edit.' among others. The UX team will likely be involved with this one too.
