Turn on autolink filter for all content and heading.

Go to a course and edit description and course name.

Add multilang content to both. Something like this -

your_content_in English

your_content_in_arabic_here

Add an image to the description of the course.

Go to your dashboard and make sure when you switch languages correct content is shown in courses summary tab without the image.

Turn the glossary autolink filter to On at the site level
Create a new global glossary
Add an auto-linked entry to the glossary
Set the course description for a course you are enrolled in to contain that word
View the course description in the new overview block

The relevant words should be auto-linked
