Install a language pack with multiple underscores in the code, such as en_us_k12

Log in as a user and select that language pack

Clear the local storage and caches in your browser and visit a page that uses the core_str AMD module - e.g. use the new messaging features, learning plans UI or similar

TEST: Make sure that strings are fetched and displayed correctly and AJAX call for getting strings does not throw exceptions.
