Run behat @block_myoverview using Firefox and PhamtomJS drivers and make sure it passes on both themes

vendor/bin/behat --config /home/simey/moodles/stable_master/moodledata_behat/behatrun/behat/behat.yml --tags='@block_myoverview'

Remeber firefox selenium driver needs Firefox 47 to work.

blocks/myoverview/tests/behat/block_myoverview_progress.feature fails randomly, seen on nightly and also on my machine:
