As teacher, add a choice to a course.

Enrol a student.

In the settings: Result → Show column for unanswered leave "no". Save and display.

Click "View 0 responses".

Cross check no "Not answered yet" column is there.

Edit the choice's settings to have Result → Show column for unanswered set to "yes". Save and display.

Click "View 0 responses".

Cross check the "Not answered yet" column is there.
