Choice report always shows column for unanswered

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      • As teacher, add a choice to a course.
      • Enrol a student.
      • In the settings: Result → Show column for unanswered leave "no". Save and display.
      • Click "View 0 responses".
      • Cross check no "Not answered yet" column is there.
      • Edit the choice's settings to have Result → Show column for unanswered set to "yes". Save and display.
      • Click "View 0 responses".
      • Cross check the "Not answered yet" column is there.
