Testing Instructions:
1. Go to Site administration > Courses Backups > General restore defaults
2. Check that "Keep current roles and enrolments" and "Keep current groups and groupings" match

As reported by germanvaleroelizondo in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=352097 the strings config_keep_groups_and_groupings and config_keep_roles_and_enrolments in core_backup have been switched by mistake.
