Enable the multi-language content filter to apply to "Content and headings" (Site administration ► Plugins ► Filters ► Manage filters).

Got to your course.

Create a new group with a multilang name.
Example: Gruppe 1Group 1 "

Go to calendar ► new event ► group mode

The group name(s) should be displayed as the corresponding lang-matching name
