Auto commit SCORM package setting doesn't import properly from a backup

      (difficulty: easy, requires teacher access to a course)

      1. Log in as a teacher and go to a course (a brand new one will be nice)
      2. Add a SCORM package into this course and set Auto-commit to Yes in the Compatibility settings section
      3. Backup that course, at least w/ the SCORM activity created previously
      4. Restore this backup into another course
      5. Check that the Auto-commit setting of the restored SCORM activity is still set to Yes
      6. Regression: it will be possible to restore an old backup w/o errors or warning: the Auto-commit setting will be set to No

      Description

      When we want to import a SCORM package, the information of auto commit setting doesn't import fine.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a course.
      2. Add a SCORM package.
      3. Set up "Auto commit" option as "Yes".
      4. Create a second course.
      5. Import the SCORM package.
      6. When you look for the set up, "Auto commit" option is set up as "No".
