Allow multiple predictions of the same time range

      1. You need at least 2 courses, one with teacher/s one without
      2. Go to admin/tool/analytics and execute the action "Get predictions" of "No teaching" model
      3. In admin/tool/analytics/index.php select "All predictions"
      4. Course/s without teachers in your site should appear there
      5. Create another course without teacher
      6. Execute "Get predictions" again and in admin/tool/analytics/index.php select "All predictions" again
      7. The new course without teacher should also appear there

      During prediction we filter out time ranges that have already been used for prediction (filter_out_prediction_ranges method) This is a problem for courses that are reset once the course is finished and used again with sets of new students because new sets of students will not get predictions. Analyser's process_time_splitting method needs to be updated so we keep analysing samples that were not previously analysed. This means that the list of samples will not be the same for all ranges.
