Additional profile field data/time can only be mass updated with Unix date format

      Description

      If you want to bulk upload users containing an additional profile field with the date/time type, the format of the data being uploaded has to be in Unix date/time in order for this to upload and update successfully.

      I feel that this functionality should be improved to work with other date formats also.
