User profile image overflows when using default Gravatar image

      1. Login with a user that has no user profile image.
        • Confirm that the default user profile image on the user menu is properly sized.
      2. Login as a user that has a manually uploaded profile image.
        • Confirm that the user profile image on the user menu is properly sized.
      Gravatar enabled
      1. Login as an admin and enable Gravatar
      2. Set a value for the default Gravatar URL: e.g. https://www.gravatar.com/avatar/00000000000000000000000000000000
      3. Save changes.
      4. Login with a user that has no Gravatar.
        • Confirm that the default user profile image on the user menu is properly sized.
      5. Login as a user that has a Gravatar image profile.
        • Confirm that the user profile image on the user menu is properly sized.
      6. Login as a user that has a manually uploaded profile image.
        • Confirm that the user profile image on the user menu is properly sized.

      1. Enable Gravatar

      3. Save changes and login with a user that has no Gravatar.
      4. Expected:
        • The default Gravatar image shows up and is sized properly.
      5. Actual:
        • The Gravatar image overflows on the user menu.
