Mention in the notifications page when Mobile services are disabled

      1. Ensure that Moodle mobile web services are disabled
      2. Open Site administration -> Notifications
        1. Confirm that there is a warning informing you that Moodle mobile web services are not configured and encouraging you to configure them
      3. Follow the link, and tick the box
      4. Go back to the Notifications page
        1. Confirm that the warning is no longer present
