Allow static models to be enabled / disabled

      1. Go to admin/tool/analytics/index.php as admin
      2. Check that you can enable and disable both models using "Enable" and "Disable" options (under Edit actions menu) and that changes are saved
      3. Check that you can still 'Edit' "Students at risk of dropping out" model and enable / disable it from the edit form
