As a logged in user I want to be able to quickly delete a manual calendar event from my personal calendar so that I can correct the things in my schedule

Confirmations

• If I can see the event I want, I should be able to directly delete it without leaving the page
• If this event is a repeating event I should be able to delete a single event, or all the events in the series
• I should be required to accept a confirmation before a manual calendar event is deleted.
• I can only delete events from my personal calendar if I have moodle/calendar:manageentries capability in my own user context.
• I can never delete events in another users personal calendar.
• A guest user should not see an option, or be able to delete events
