As a user with a teaching role in a course I should be able to quickly delete a manual calendar event from a group calendar so I can correct important dates for the members of the group

Confirmations

• If I can see the event I want, I should be able to directly delete it without leaving the page
• If this event is a repeating event I should be able to delete a single event, or all the events in the series
• I should be required to accept a confirmation before a manual calendar event is deleted.
• I should only be able to delete a manual calendar event from a group calendar if I have the moodle/calendar:managegroupentries capability at the course context.
