Convert existing calendar view to templates

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to the Calendar.
      3. On the right side of the month view, click the link to switch to the next month September 2017 ►
      4. Make sure it renders the next month view without reloading the page (AJAX)
      5. Now on the left side, click on the link to the previous month ◄ August 2017
      6. Make sure it displays the previous month without reload the page.
      7. Add, edit and delete events and make sure the UI still works as expected and the patch didn't introduce a regression.
      8. Test other parts, such Export calendar and Manage subscriptions
      9. It should open the page (this page is not ajax yet).
