    Description

Since we've upgraded to moodle 3.2.3 last month we've had the following issue with JAWS.

On a course page when you tab through to ‘move resource button’, hit enter and the submenu appears, instead of reading each option out (eg To the top of section " General " etc) it just says ‘move resource button’ each time as you tab down the list. It doesn’t seem to focus on the submenu. It did however work fine with the old version of moodle (2.9.1).

I’ve tested this on IE(version 11), chrome (59.0.3071.115) and firefox (54.0.1) with the boost, clean themes and our custom theme. The same issue occurs on all.

Found another section too. When I’m creating a new course, and trying to add course summary files, all the options within that say the same thing too ‘help with course summary files’. Although it worked slightly different on chrome-it read out 'add files', but wouldn’t seem to let me do it.
