Calendar event modal: Dont show Description header if there is no description

      1. Log in as admin and go to calendar.
      2. Create 2 calendar events, one with a description and other empty description.
      3. Go to calendar monthly view and click on the event with description.
      4. Make sure Description header and the text are displayed.
      5. Now click on the empty description event.
      6. Make sure Description header is not displayed.

Make sure Description header and the text are displayed. Now click on the empty description event. Make sure Description header is not displayed.

      A lot of events will be created without descriptions. They look odd with an empty "Description" header. Just don't show this header if there is no description in the template.
