Description
With previous themes, when courses were hidden and they appeared in the My Courses area for a user, the hidden course text color was dimmed, or greyed out. With the Boost theme, there isn't a visual indication that a course is hidden.
To reproduce:
1) Turn on the Boost theme.
2) Log in as an admin and look at the My Courses area.
3) See that the courses that are hidden are not greyed out (see screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/RlBIL0jAU)
Repeat the steps with the Clean or More theme and the hidden course text name is dimmed.
Expected Result: There should be a visual indicator knowing which courses are hidden.
Actual Result: There is no visual indicator knowing which courses are hidden.
